Body Creations is a small neighborhood gym located in the Laurel/Glen Allen/Lakeside area of Henrico County, Va. (Richmond). We began as a hardcore weightlifting gym and over the years have become the "average Joe's" gym where everyone fits in. Body Creations is owned and operated by Scott Overman, Tyler Witty, and Jeremy Kaplan.
We are your neighborhood gym - everyone belongs here. We're in an old, beat up building with no frills, yet people come in almost daily and tell us how they are more motivated at our small hardcore gym than at the 100,000 square ft. "clubs". Those big clubs forget your name after you sign their contract. Not at Body Creations - we know your first name, and we have no contracts or hidden fees.
